Shipping Policy

Our lead times are approximately 10 to 12 weeks from placement of a committed order and receipt of agreed payment/deposit although this is a guide only and may depend on the volume of the orders, the production capacityavailable and is also subject to weather and logistics conditions.
The Company will use its reasonable endeavours to deliver the goods and to supply the services on the date or dates stated in the Offer or on or before such later date or dates requested by the Customer and accepted by the Company but the Company will not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind caused either directly or indirectly by any delay in meeting delivery dates, nor will the Customer be entitled to repudiate the Contract due todelay in delivery.
In cases of furniture arriving faulty on behalf of the manufacturer or an incident occurred during shipment, the customers waiting time will extend until new products arrive or faulty products are maintained. If the delivery of the goods is delayed by Force Majeure for a period of 90 days, the Company may by written notice to the Customer cancel the Contract and neither party shall have any further liability under the Contract. The customer is obliged to empty the room where installationof their new products will be held in.
Our delivery team does not have a duty to remove old furniture from customer's home.
Therefore, if existing furniture is not removed prior delivery, we will charge an additional cost for this delay.
The company delivery team may agree on removing old furniture from customers home, depending on the circumstances and whether an extra dismounting is required or not; this will be accomplished with an extra charge for this service provided.
The rules specifically apply severely towards the removal of electronic devices.
The company has no duty to remove and fix customers electronic belongings within their home.
Any accidental damage caused as a result of this request will only hold customer responsible for their agreement and request for this extra service from our team members.
If after an Offer has been accepted, the Customer requests a delivery date for goods which is more than 90 days after the delivery date stated in the Offer or otherwise agreed by the Company, the Company may decide to cancel the Contract and return to the Customer any deposit paid to the Company and neither party shall have any further liability under the Contract except that the Customer shall reimburse the Company for any loss cost or expense resulting from such cancellation, including the cost of any materials, plant or tools used or intended to be used in connection with the Contract, the cost of labour and other overheads and administrative costs attribute to such cancellation which could not be less than 50% of the total order amount. If the delivery is refused or cancelled during the attempted delivery time or at least 48 hours before the agreed delivery date without a prior notice to the Company; the Customer will be
responsible to compensate for the attempted delivery at the rate of the standard delivery cost which would be min £50 and could be more depending on the volume of goods and distance to the warehouse of the Company.
Delivery can be to any address in England, Wales and Scotland, subject to a delivery charge which you would be notified at the point of sale.
The Company may run Free Delivery promotions from time to time and the Company reserves the right to withdraw any such promotions prior to the delivery slot being arranged.
Should we arrive where a new floor, or walls have been decorated then we will require adequate protection in place before we commence installation, any delay again will be chargeable. Reasonable care will be taken at all times during installation, however if areas are protected by others, we cannot be held reasonable for any damage caused under the protection unless we have previously inspected this.
Should we have to return to re-instate any work after other client's tradesman have been working around the furniture we have fitted and we deem it has caused damage by others then a charge will be made depending on the damage.
Installation of your furniture can be done in any address in England, Wales and Scotland. Any charges for installation will be discussed with you at the point of sale and added to your customer order.
The company may run free installation offers from time to time. For all deliveries, we will contact you via phone or SMS to arrange a delivery date when the furniture has been received into our warehouse, if it is not already in stock.
